Everything we use and offer through Caistor Food Bank is donated. All the people involved are volunteers and unpaid.
All donations are appreciated, whether financial, produce, shopping goods or indeed dedication and time.
We are very grateful for all donations, and we can offer to promote your involvement through social media, websites and press releases.
Our food bank offers a range of produce and emergency staple products, including sanitary/hygiene items, tinned, ambient and fresh foods, and we have a full Covid restriction framework which is followed by our volunteers.
Our aim is to help to local people in crisis. These people may be referred by specialist agencies such as social services, GP surgeries, schools and care centres, or they may simply be individuals who have found themselves struggling - particularly at this time.
Although we have taken the name Caistor Food Bank we are finding that we are assisting people in Caistor, the surrounding villages, Market Rasen and down to Wragby - everyone from West Lindsey (within WLDC) is welcome.
