Local Food Banks benefit from Government Cost of Living Crisis Grant
Caistor Food Bank is delighted to confirm that a funding application has been successful.
The very welcome grant comes from the National Lottery Community Fund which delivers the Government’s Community Organisations Cost of Living Fund.
Once received, Caistor Food Bank will use the funds to purchase and run an appropriate vehicle for CFB food donation pick ups and delivery. The grant will also allow us to increase our volunteer food safety training, safeguarding training and the relevant volunteer DBS certification. We are indeed grateful for this donation towards our running costs.
